We have confirmed that visitors are affected: the enrollment and checkout process (checkout.personaldevelopmentschool.com/enroll and university.personaldevelopmentschool.com/checkout) has been unable to complete sign-ups since around 2:55 PM ET. Visitors can start the sign-in step, but the process does not move forward to the payment step. This issue is still active and our team is actively working on it. We will post another update as soon as we have more information.

Automated tests for the main checkout (university.personaldevelopmentschool.com/checkout) have been unable to complete the payment step since around 2:55 PM ET. Sign-in succeeds and the page loads, but the payment step does not become available; we verified this twice more with follow-up test runs and saw the same result each time. We have not seen a visitor-facing error message on the page itself. We are continuing to verify real-visitor impact and will update as soon as we know more.
