Signed-in members reached the masterclass add-on payment step successfully again by 4:55 PM ET; the earlier redirect back to the sign-in step on attachment.personaldevelopmentschool.com/checkout-auth has not recurred since. This was the fourth time today this intermittent sign-in recognition issue appeared on the new two-step checkout, each time self-resolving within about 20 minutes; we are continuing to look into why signed-in members are occasionally not recognized at this step.

Signed-in members were briefly sent back to the sign-in step instead of reaching the payment step on the new checkout page at attachment.personaldevelopmentschool.com/checkout-auth when buying the Avoidant Partner masterclass add-on, starting around 4:04 PM ET — the same intermittent symptom seen twice earlier today on this page. A follow-up test completed the full registration and reached the payment step successfully by 4:09 PM ET, and the masterclass landing and registration pages continued loading normally throughout.

Registration at the Avoidant Partner masterclass page (attachment.personaldevelopmentschool.com/masterclass/da/join) briefly sent signed-in members back to the account sign-in step instead of the payment step starting at 12:03 PM ET. A follow-up test completed the full registration and payment step successfully by 12:10 PM ET, and the Beyond Love Languages masterclass path showed no issue in the same window.
Quiz feeder lander not responding
The quiz feeder lander page (grow.personaldevelopmentschool.com/attachment-style-2) recovered at 11:51 AM ET and has loaded normally since; this was a single brief timeout on one automated check, with no other pages in the quiz funnel affected in the same window.
Checkout payment page issue detected
The main checkout page (university.personaldevelopmentschool.com/checkout) stopped accepting typed card numbers at 4:22 PM ET; card entry began working normally again by 5:15 PM ET. The cause was a checkout validation setting affecting recurring-subscription payments, which has since been corrected. The same symptom briefly appeared on the $67 offer signup checkout around 4:52 PM ET before it also recovered.
